I started using this chalk a couple of months ago and I have to say I am really impressed! It feels really smooth to the touch and drys out your hands well. It is very fine which means you will use a lot of it and it may be a little messy at times otherwise it is excellent.

This chalk is super fine, so there's no chunks, and it feels very light. So light that callused or really cold hands barely even feel the chalk when chalking up. If you enjoy caking a thick layer of chalk on your hands before getting on a boulder problem, or if you like chunks to draw tick marks outdoors, you might consider another brand, since this is very powdery and thin, or just do what I do and blend it with Frank Endo or something (and brush off those ticks when you're done:)). My hands don't sweat a huge amount, so when I climbed with Bison chalk alone, I thought it worked just fine.

Really like the grain of this chalk: not too dusty, finely milled, solid stickiness/coating. Use it for both indoors and outdoors bouldering, and the price point is right for a product that you can really mow through. Don't settle for cheaper products and don't be fooled by overly expensive ones and trust this one will suit almost all of your needs. Wish it came in an even bigger tub.
