Make sure you look at the external measurements as this is wider than a normal bladder, but the low profile design and capacity are great. I really like the wide mouth top and quick release attachment points as well. I'd been using an old Camelback bladder for ages and this is a vast improvement.

This thing works well. the bottle adaptor takes a little finessing but once you figure it out its pretty neat. It rides close to your body so it is more comfortable. You will need to adjust the cummerbund on your plate carrier as it expands a bit when full.
