The product was as advertised other than the fact that the items had been previoisly installed as evidenced by the scratches on the mounting area. There is no issue with quality of the product, but if an item was listed as new it should be pristine.

Drop-in replacement for my failed ballast. Works great. Note:To remove the old wires and connect these to the bulb sockets, you have to carefully insert a small screwdriver to release the tabs.
