These things are awful! I wear a 16W in pants. I ordered a size L. They are HUGE!! They fit like bloomers, and the plastic lining makes a crackling noise. There is NO WAY I would wear these. I am in pool therapy for MS. I will wear a disposable swim diaper instead.

A little bulkier than I would like and is too thick to wear under my swimsuit. I haven't tried it in the water. Maybe after trying it I will have a better review. I had colon surgery 10 years ago and was hoping for something that I could wear at a waterpark without having incontinence problems. I think it would be a mess actually. I tried it on as just a bottom to a 2 piece swimsuit hoping I could just wear this and another swim top, but does not look good on me.

I purchased this for a family member who enjoyed swimming but had stopped because they were afraid of having an accident in the pool. Now they are able to enjoy water fitness or just enjoy pool time with family members. It stays hidden under their suit. I purchased a washable diaper bag to throw them in after swimming. Everything gets thrown in the washer and we lay flat to dry.
