Sadly, a much better piece of kit than the Square D one I bought.

OK, I HAVE to write this review. I have to, because I initially spent $40 on a Square D pressure switch, because it was, an "upgraded replacement" to the one that works for YEARS. I got it, installed it... and it lasted less than a day. So, fast forward to uninstalling that, and installing this one. Turn it on... it just works. 220, single Phase, 7 HP compressor.

Thirteen dollar item from "Lefoo" trounces trusted brand, handily. Shaking my head in shame.
The ONE thing I would change is to make the casing a little larger. You need to lock on side of the case in place (the top) then rotate it down and over the wiring. More room would be beneficial, here. I was able to JAM everything in and force it closed, but with difficulty.

i installed it turned on the compressor ,i wanted it to turn off at 135 p.s.i. well the relief valve went off before i could get it down low enough ,tried the shut off lever ,that didn't work ,after about an hour of screwing with it i took the dam thing off and went to fleet farm and got a generic one that i had to modify,after i had the HEAVY DUTY SWITCH off i looked at it better and the lever to switch it off stilled didn't work , would send it back but would coast more to send it back then what it is worth ,,so as far as i can see this pressure switch is a piece of junk,,oh ya if you used a small screw driver and lifted under the plate that the lever is connected to then it would open the contacter ,
Failed, leaked right out of the box.. No customer care/service.

Junk right out of the box, pressure sensing part leaked air as well as the main body itself. I didn't install this switch the same day it arrived as I had an injury and was waiting to heal up first. I sent the company a message as to this units issues but received no reply. To make matters worse it seemed as though my 2 stage air compressors electric motor had went out or failed but come to find out after getting a new motor that it was again this pressure switch that was at fault! I have always bought/used Square D pressure switches and after all the problems I had with this piece of junk trying to save some money I have learned my lesson. Stay with the best and forget the rest, especially this brand.
