I did an hour long video of singing today. 14 songs at about 5 to 7 minutes each. One battery lasted for 10 out of 14 songs. Never got a Nikon battery to do that. Yes I recommend

Great replacement

I am on a trip and left my Nikon 5200 battery charger (with battery) in the motel wall socket. I had two other batteries, both charged, so was not in trouble yet, but the charge in these batteries would not last the trip. So I ordered this battery pair with charger from Big Mike, 2-day shipping to the motel on the road ahead. I addressed it as "(my name) guest at (motel name)", with the address of the motel. Amazon had me reverify my identification and charge card info because of the new shipping address, but the order went through and the package was delivered to my room at the motel. So far, I'm a happy camper. The batteries work with my Nikon, which apparently is not the experience of everybody buying this product, but the price is really good. This charger, in my experience, is not the same as the official Nikon battery charger that I lost, because it shows a constant "on" light as long as it's plugged in, no matter what state of charge of the battery. So, I don't know how long it takes to charge the battery. I leave it in for a few hours and the battery works. Good enough for the price.

I purchased the dual battery and charger kit from Big Mike's for the Nikon D3200. I must say this is an excellent deal. Shipped via prime they were here the next day. I primarily chose this out of the many other options because it listed two ENEL14 1500mAh batteries. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the package that there were in fact two 1800mAh batteries included! This is a must for those long treks without power. On the first full charge (took under an hour using standard 110 wall outlet), I was able to take around 250 photos (RAW, full quality) and shot approximately 40-45 minutes worth of 1080p video! That easily doubled what I was getting on the stock battery. No "tricks" were necessary to get these batteries to work, simply charge them and drop them in the camera. Charge time was about the same using the 12V car outlet. Overall a great product.

Pros: Received 1800mAh batteries! Charger is compact and works great. Charge time less than an hour.

Cons: None that I have found so far, I have used them heavily for about a week now and charged them several times using both 110v and 12v.

So far they work great and the charger works to charge my Nikon battery!! I'm so happy to have back up batteries especially since I converted the camera to a full spectrum camera for my daughters ghost hunting kit! So if these batteries don't last as long as the Nikon battery then we can just blame the ghosts lol. But I've used them for taking outdoor photos and the batteries seem to last a good while.
