The nav screen in the used car I just picked up was in rough shape cosmetically, with worn patches in the anti-glare coating. The screen operated normally but could look better.
A quick search uncovered a couple of people recommending this plastic polish kit to clean the corrupted coating completely off and buff out any minor scratching. I ordered it, and the results were great. I plan to update the head unit and screen eventually, but for now this was super easy and provided great improvement.

I use this on apple magic mouse 2 and clean the rough surface from deep scratches. I purchased sanding paper as well and wet sanded the mouse from 400 to 2000 grit.
I then used these products in sequence to a nice polished shine.
I did this all by hand and you will need to be able to apply a good amount of pressure, evenly, for an extended period of time, for each sequence. If you take your time, breaks in-between, you will be able to get the deepest scratches out of anything and leave your product with a nice, glossy shine.

This is a fine plastic polish, great for removing fine scratches from clear plastic. The biggest downside is the #3 for deep scratches isn't aggressive enough for really deep scratches. They need a #4 that can really attack the worst. After using sandpaper to remove the worst, this works magnificently to restore a visually clear view through the plastic.
