Product is great and is wonderful for my hair! Disappointed in how it ships, it's so expensive and they always waste the product when it ships. I wish they could figure out how to ship it without squirting the stuff out!

AMAZING! I swear this stuff is magic. I don't write reviews very often but this was so good I loved it. I use one pump to cover my entire head (well past my shoulders, pretty thick). I had to bleach my hair to dye it blue and this stuff restores the bleached out hair wonderfully.

I freaking love this product! My hair shines like a 5 Karat Diamond Ring, Smooth as a Baby's Bottom, and smells like a dream!! After dyeing my hair blonde my hair been very dry and brittle. I bought products from my stylist, $150 for tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner which didn't really "Wow" me. After that, I started to look around in beauty websites to find great deep conditioner. Found this product and it worked amazingly! BUT the site I bought it from sold a bottle half this size for $20!!! Rip offs! Thank the hair Gods, Amazon.com came through with the cheaper bigger sized bottle! Only issue I have is with the pump! Idk what happened but it didn't come with that tube on the inside that pumps the conditioner? It was really weird and it sucks that it was broken. I had to open the lid and just scoop out the conditioner. So now I use regular shampoo with this amazing conditioner. Why spend so much on hair product when you really only need a high quality deep conditioner. Billy Madison had it right! "Stop Looking At Me Swan!!"

Great conditioner for the shower. I just started using this and the shampoo after loving the leave-in spray conditioner so much. The combination of the 3 gives me salon-quality care and feel. This bottle is huge! I can see how a lot of people have struggled with the packaging. It doesn't pump if it's on a flat surface because the air needs to come out of the bottom. I keep mine on a wire shower rack.

Extremely rich and effective. I have 2c hair. Two-quarters worth of conditioner from the tops of my ears down. Don't put this near your scalp - you'll look like a grease monkey! Comb through, rinse with the coldest water you can stand to seal the cuticle. Babyliss blowdryer, Babyliss straightener, voila. Great hair for 3 days. Batiste dry shampoo on your roots day 2 and day 3 after the gym. You're welcome.
