Fantastic purchase

This has stood up to six months of very aggressive crashing/jumping/crawling/tugging/playing on the crash mat, no problem. Material is easy to wipe down if something spills. Very durable. This and the crash pad were a couple of our best purchases EVER. Two kids - one with ADHD & SPD - jump, crash, and flip into them daily - they love it!

Definitely worth the money to get the extra cover. The original casing will wipe clean, but this thing is huge and would be a pain to wipe down if you have a big mess (as I found out). Also, the original casing is pretty much identical to this cover. It is has a long, unsecured zipper on it and nothing else is holding the stuffing in. If the kids get into that zipper, could be a huge mess. So, I think it's good idea to double them up.

My kids LOVE this thing. They jump around like maniacs on it. I would suggest getting the cover for added protection.

I give this 3 stars first of all because of the hogh price. Second it is huge. I got this for the 5 by 5 crash pad and this cover is so enormous I thought i had ordered the wrong size. I double checked and both are 5 by 5. Not sure why the cover seems like the wrong size.
