Many uses and tastes great

Being celiac, I've found Pamela's products are the best tasting gluten free items. I've used this flour to make gravies, cookies, cakes, muffins, pies, and batter for fried chicken. My family can't tell the difference. I highly recommend all of Pamela's products if you need to eat gluten free.
A great glutenless flour alternative!

I recommend this for anyone who with Celiac or Gluten sensitivity. I can now cook for my wife using this flour instead of 'gluten filled' flour using equal parts and I notice no difference in taste or consistency. I highly recommend this product even though it will cost you a little extra!
I like it, its good for a gluten free flour

I like it, its good for a gluten free flour , it will never be like regular wheat based flour so when you make pizza dough its real doughy tasting and chewy feeling like its raw but in breads its good and the same with cookies as you cant tell in the cookies or if you make fudgy brownies you cant tell they have gluten free flour in them . When making loaves of bread I tend to add a little oat and rice flour to this as well to make it less doughy feeling
Since it was an experiment the batter still baked up just like a waffle should

My sister-in-law turned me on to gluten free flours so I thought I'd go healthier by trying Pamela's gluten free AP flour for waffles instead of traditional flour. Since it was an experiment the batter still baked up just like a waffle should; but was a little sweeter than most. Also have used the flour for Snickerdoodles. They have a more tender crust and they don't spread out but aren't chewy in the center as traditional but still very tastey. For a different texture I added some coconut flour to the batter and increased the liquid. Want to try brownies next. Pamela's gluten free AP flour does a good job for gravies as well. All in all, it does a nice job for a gluten free flour.
New Favorite for Baking Gluten Free recipes!

I have recently gone back to not eating grains containing gluten and although I had been gluten free for about a year, that was a couple of years ago. I have started over again learning how to cook and bake gluten free. I really liked Pamela's products when I was gluten free in the past and was pleased to see they had a new flour blend for baking gluten free. This is now one of my favorite products for baking treats for my family and gluten free friends. I have used it in several recipes including French Yogurt Cake, Sour Cream Coffee Cake, and Chocolate Chip cookies. These all were enjoyed equally well by my family and friends who are not gluten free as the friends who are.
