This is the only motor oil I use for my Duramax. Make sure to compare the prices against gallon size jugs. I've been buying the cases of quarts which have turned out to be cheaper than gallons.

Great value motor oil. I use this 15W40 oil in a 5.7L V8 marine engine. Meets the demands of the engine without the upcharge for Marine specific oil. The engine takes 5 quarts and I buy the gallon jugs in quantity at Sams club. Need the extra quart to top off the engine and Amazon has the best prices anywhere. Will definitely be buying again.
