Mine arrived with no damage and looks pretty nice for the price. The flame effect isn't all that realistic but out of the corner of your eye it looks great. It's pretty quiet and puts out decent heat, not sure how anyone would be able to heat any large room with it. It's worth the money and I'm overall happy with it

The item arrived damaged. The top of the unit had been broken off and both of the top support pieces had broken. The screws that hold the heater to the frame are missing; therefore the entire frame will fall forward while the heater falls back. The device cannot be moved because it is so unstable. As far as heat. I suppose it's find. Not overwhelming but adequate for a small room. The burning wood feature is pretty. Not sure how long this will last considering its damage.

I have enjoyed this purchase. When the device arrived it was fully assembled only had to remove it from the packaging, plug it in and turn it on. ECO mode is great and keeps the room at a comfortable 68. It has been in use nonstop since received and no issues at all. Sometimes forget the fire in the corner of the bedroom is not real.

Small fireplace is nice and works great..best part is you can roll it anywhere in the house..Only problem is that the PACKAGING needs to be better..my order came with small chip in the back where screw holds fireplace insert..Amazon took 20% off..

I am sad to be writing this review. Wished it was the opposite. I read other reviews like this but thought the problem would have been resolved. Complete opposite. The Product arrived in a decent box with packaging. My Son and I were very excited to open it . When unveiled the wood exterior was broken in various areas of the frame , screws were missing and the whole metal unit was not attached to the wood frame inside. The metal frame has a bent corner. The fan is loud and the heater smells like its burning . It looked like this product was used ,old ,broken, returned , never checked upon return and then sent out to another customer. We are nervous to use the fire and heater in case of damage internally and it becomes a fire hazard. We are very disappointed and sad. Had amazon send out a replacement ,so lets hope its a new product and in great , brand new condition.
