Bought as a Christmas present for my dad last year, on the advice of a website that gave me lists of "Items for Handy Dads". Successful beyond anything I dared hope for - my dad used it to build a substantial bridge over the creek in the family farm, levelling steel beams, rebar, and several 500lb cement support shafts with its help. (See pictures of bridge currently in process!) 10/10, highly recommended for your handy dad. Professional grade tool, extremely useful.
Broke within 6 months

Decent level but only lasted about 6 months in the field with light use and came apart inside. Unit cannot be opened to repair but small opening on top lets in dust which is difficult to clean out. Could not find any info with online about returns for repairs.
Not the best. Not the worst.

After only two weeks of use the prism on the inside has come loose. I'm sending it back for a replacement.
