Had this unit since April 2014 heater switch broke and unit was down three days waiting for part to arrive which I had to put on myself September 16,2014 the wires to the heating element burned up parts were shipped on september 18 and today is september 23 and I am still waiting for someone to come and install part and wires I will never purchase a Benchmark product again as they expect you to do all repairs yourself after they ship parts to you and it is like pulling teeth to have them arrange and pay for a qualified person to come and fix the unit

I've had this machine for about a year and have fixed it three times. The connectors on the element twice and a switch once witch is now broke again. So make it four times.
