pretty good been using chia seeds in my morning smoothies after my workout and it is working out really nicely, lost over thirty pounds since march of last year and i have not had to give up alot. just better choices for my meals and limiting my snacking. the chia seeds mixed with ground flaxseed seems to fill me up during the day so i don't snack as much. during the day is my problem time not at night. huge bag for an excellent price was buying bahia from walmart but so much easier to buy online and this seller was great and i do like the product. will definitely buy this again when i run out of chia seeds.
super food

I am just getting started on a healthy diet. I bought chia seeds just because everywhere I go I hear its a superfood ..Now I never tried any other brand or type of chia seeds except for the Nutiva Organic Chia Seeds Black...I have had no problems with finding anything other than chia seeds in the bag..and like some other reviewer stated they have no taste..I have used them the way some other reviewer stated 2 Tablespoons of seeds in 2/3 cup of water and let it set for at least 30 minutes. I have put a tablespoon of this mix in my morning oatmeal. I have put this mixture in soup and gravy and no one in my family has told me my food taste different.
I was so happy to get this at such a reasonable price online ...

I've seen this exact product selling for over $10 in my health food store! I was so happy to get this at such a reasonable price online ^^
Chia seeds are fantastic. I put them in my yogurt, in my and in my drink (in this case it's tart cherry juice diluted with water). I also add this to my quinoa flakes that I make for myself when I want something hot, and is a great alternative to oatmeal, and I find tastes just as good, or even better than cream of wheat (farina)
But what I love the most is that you only need 1 tbsp to get the max nutritional benefits. I had bought chia seeds from a different company before, and they weren't organic, and you needed 3 tbsp. If you can imagine putting 3 tbsp of little black seeds into your yogurt in the morning, which expand the longer they're in the liquid, you can imagine it wasn't too fun to eat!
