Great pan. It's large with a raised baking rack. Just what I wanted. The rack keeps your food from soaking in the oil buildup from baked meats. Also allows you to pour your choice of basting into the bottom of the pan to steam up into your food.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the plan is a bit thin and not non-stick. Those would have gotten it a 5. However, with the rack keeping your meat from the pan the non-stick factor isn't really a problem.

I haven't tried it as a roasting pan yet. I bought this for the purpose of having a larger lasagna pan. I wanted stainless steel and not aluminum and that's hard to find. I just wish it had a lid. That's the only thing I would change.

This is a real stainless steel roaster with a matching rack. It cooks evenly, the handles make it easy to work with. Nothing sticks to the surfaces. I even did up a rack of baby back rib that turned out to mouthwatering. It has enough capacity to handle turkey/chicken and dressing. And the cleanup is a breeze...although it does require a little elbow grease, with a good dish wand you won't have to scrub it.
