If you are a home canner having this for pie filling is a must! Easy to use and more important it's safe to use!

I use this for canning pie filling and in scratch pies. Works great. If you use cornstarch for canning this is the recommended type.
Great product

This is the best thickener for canning when making pie filling. I also use it to thicken gravies and sauces such as chicken teriyaki. This is my second jar. I highly recommend this product. There is absolutely no taste either and it doesn't lump up like flour.
Will make cherry and blueberry filing next.

I love your clear gel. My husband and I canned 30 quarts of apple pie filing and they are "beautiful". The gel was so easy to use. I would recommend it to others and will use it again.
Great for canning pie fillings.

I give gifts of home canned food for Christmas gifts. My most looked forward to gifts happen to be my pie fillings and I won't use any other thickener for canning than Hoosier Farm.
