Exact replacement. Put a dab of silicone on each side of the crimp on connectors to keep the wires dry and you will not be replacing it for years of use. Just don't do what I did and put the blue holding tank additive in the top, it goes in the holding tank as it will eat your pump up.

The pump itself is a perfect fit. The reason I only gave it three stars is because they know this electrical connection will be submersed and yet do not provide waterproof heat shrink.
