This product worked perfectly the very first time it was used. However, the next time I tried to use it one of the sides was not pulling so we could not have 2 people enjoy it at the same time. I've only ever used it that time so I was surprised it was already broken

Overall a good starter hookah. Im not an expert on these but the quality is decent and for the price you can't beat it. Mine was in perfect shape when I got it. The only issue I have is the second time I used this, one of the hoses had already been clogged and I cant get smoke out of it unless someone else is using the other hose at the same time, and the hose is ripping already so maybe that is a factor?

it is not the fault of the person selling the product, they were fast and accurate. my issues are with the product. even after trying a better bowl and hoses, it still doesn't smoke like a hookah. It looks cool on my desk and that is about it. I ended up purchasing a Khalil Mamoon full size hookah for $68 a week later and I'm much happier with that.
