I had high hopes for this mattress pad from the reviews I had read.
Being post menopausal I am, for the most part, sleeping hot.
Wanted to sleep at least a little bit cooler as many reviewers stated they did.
I will say the pad is nice and plush. Very soft and comfy.
That is how it should be advertised, Not as a "cool" pad.
Guess my window will be open this winter as it has in the past. ( MY POOR HUBBY )
So now that it has been used, I don't know

Much to my surprise, I did hear from this company after this review....offering to take back the USED mattress pad.
Both my husband and I felt it would be in poor manners to return this very comfortable pad, BUT for us, not a cooling one.
After we heard from them months ago and we informed them that we would be keeping the pad, I thought our dealings were done.
However, a few days ago I heard from them asking if the pad was performing any better. Explained to them that we still have to open
our window, that although not cooling for us, was indeed very comfortable.
THIS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT ISSUED HALF OUR MONEY BACK TO US, AND TOLD US TO KEEP THE PAD.
BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. WILL CHECK OUT WHAT ELSE THEY MAY OFFER.
WOULD RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.

I really love this mattress pad, it is nice and thick. My only complaint is the cheap backing on the pad. If the pad slides down on your bed and you grab the pad to pull it back up it will and does rip. Rips like paper. 😕😕Very very cheap backing, you make a great mattress pad put a decent quality backing on it.

Like many of you, I purchased this cover to reduce the heat build-up from my memory foam mattress. To that end, it worked well, that is until I washed it for the first time. I then published a review about my problem, which then the company responded to and promptly shipped me a new cover at no cost!
So just be careful with washing, perhaps just spot cleaning, and know if you do have problems, you can depend on this company to do the right thing!

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this product. I ordered the King size and in the description it said it would fit up to an 18 inch mattress and it doesn't even come close. As you can see with the attached picture the pockets are only about 12 to 13 inches (and that's all the way stretched out) there is no way it will fit anything bigger. And on top of this each corner pocket varies by an inch or two, the 12/13 inch in the picture was the biggest one of all four corners.
One positive thing I have to say is that the actual "Pad top" is great, everything I expected and more, but, unfortunately the pockets and elastic sides are extremely cheap and of very poor quality. I like the "Pad top" so much I am going to keep it and try to hold it in place by using a cheap fitted sheet over the Pad and then put our normal sheet over that. Time will tell if that works?
Overall very disappointed. Spending $134.00 on A Mattress Pad is bad enough but then to see that the quality is below basic standards makes me question why we should try to spend the extra money in an effort to purchase a quality product?
