Perfect! I had "permanent" nose jewelry that I had to remove for planned surgery. I needed something I could remove and purchased 3 different types removable jewelry and this was the best. Good quality, comfortable and not a super long stem.

I really love how this nose stud stays in place! It's the only one I have found that really holds-even through being sick and blowing my nose a thousand times...it fits very comfortably and I can hardly feel it in place at all.
I took a star only because the prongs are not great....they catch on tissue and my facial cleansing cloths too.
the diamond is a speckle also....just a speck. It's mostly just prongs....
But I do like the way it fits very much! Would def buy again, but maybe the bigger diamond....

This was a lot easier to get in than I expected. It feels much better than the original screw type I had my nose pierced with a month ago.I don't feel like I have a nose full of metal. It's dainty yet sparkly and noticeable. I love it.

I love this nose stud. The nose stud I had gotten my nose pierced with was constantly giving me keloids. As soon as I put this one is they dissapered and I have only gotten 1 since (due to accidentally almost ripping it out) . The only drawback from this stud is that the clasps for the diamond can get caught on things. My biggest problem is when I use a facecloth. But you just have to be careful. Other than that I love this stud and I would recommend buying it!

I've had my nose pierced for about 5yrs, and have gone through my fair share of nose studs. With that said, ive also has a lot of issues with keloids and infections around the piercing, so I finally decided to splurge for the real gold and diamond. Its small and understated, which is perfect for my professional line of work. I've had it in for over a month now, with zero issues. Its perfect!
