Ordered 2, one for each hand. First one was easy to change the weights, so that was good. Second one did not come with insert containing instructions, and I think someone used it in a pool, because there is water moving around all 3 weights on that one. Also EXTREMELY difficult to change out the weights on the second one. Still going to give it a try.

I was looking for an adjustable kettlebell for home use. This was reasonable price and perfect weight for my small physique. I didn't want to buy more expensive adjustable ones which come with heavier weights that I would never use.
I never used the DVD so I can't rate the DVD but the kettlebell works perfectly for my purpose.
