This fit perfectly and was easy to install. My daughter hit a garbage can one evening and knocked the glass out of the mirror. Using this kit we were up and running in no time.
HINT: Use a hair dryer (or heat gun) to soften the clips on the back of the mirror before trying to install it. This will allow you to just pop it on. If you don't heat it up it is very difficult to get the clips to pop into the mirror.

Fit my 4-door 2002 Honda Accord well. Followed all the tips given on-line and I marked the 3 inner contact points on corresponding places outside of mirror with masking tape so I could apply even pressure at those places. It was a little tricky getting the 2 white posts to snap in properly, but was successful after 5-10 minutes playing with electronic mirror adjustment so the post ends would extend out far enough to snap into the mirror backer plate.

The mirror is an exact replacement for the passenger mirror on my 1999 Accord EX sedan. The wife managed to clip a sign with the passenger side mirror hard enough to shatter the mirror and knock the backing plate completely off. This aftermarket replacement fit exactly, and feels well made. I used my heat gun to soften the plastic at the three attachment points and the mirror clicked on relatively easily, although I had to hold both of the white pins with slim needlenose pliers to apply enough force to get them to pop in. If you do use a heat gun BE CAREFUL not to overheat the unit. You run the risk of destroying the plastic backing or breaking the mirror, so heat it gently.
