We love these!

My husband and I have used these on multiple occasions. We have used them for some close-to-the-car tent camping in Utah, backyard camping in South Dakota, as well as have whipped them out to use in the house when we had some unexpected guests. I am 5'5" smaller woman and can easily put this together by myself. When my husband and I work together we can put both of these together in about 7-ish minutes. I find these extremely comfortable. My husband is 6'1" and thus we ordered the XL ones to accommodate his height and he fits perfectly with a little extra room. I love that these can be bunked! There is definitely room for the person on the bottom "bunk" to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. They are a bit on the heavy side so these would not be ideal for camping that requires carrying them any far distances. My mother who is 57 has stayed at our house a few times when we have had other guests as well and she has said she slept well on them. They are a little low to the ground as well as getting up can be a bit of struggle if you don't have good balance. 10/10 I would order these again. Honestly if we hadn't already had these I would totally have put them on our registry.
Excellent

These cots are well made, sturdy and after watching a video on how to put together is was easy. Can be done in 5-10 mins by myself. This saves us a lot of space inside the tent.
These cots are actually quite comfortable! We also have ONE military cot

Be careful not to bang your knees when walking past these beds, but otherwise they are fabulous!!! We actually bought 4 bunks (8 total beds) but ended up only using 5 for now because they are so big! The little ones sleep with someone else, so that gives us more floor space in the tent.
These cots are actually quite comfortable! We also have ONE military cot, and it's like sleeping on the ground, it is so hard. These cots though conform to your body curves. Several nights in a row may eventually get to you, but for a cot, these are very nice. I also love the organizers on the side. Great place to put flashlights in case you need to get up in the middle of the night.
I would recommend getting extenders for most people. My kids who are under 5' tall did fine without them and didn't really complain, but my husband, me and my oldest either need to sleep on the top or have leg extenders. It's doable without them, but getting up in the morning can be a pain when someone's butt is right over your head and you can't sit up at all! lol

The Disc-O-Bed Cam-O-Bunk is a great addition to the "gear" I have for extra sleeping space. Things I like:
Very Sturdy; Easy to assembly. Each bunk comes with its own canvas carrying case. Even when bunked, sturdy enough for two adults, Long enough for adults up to 6'3" (I haven't had anyone taller try the bunks out). The feet are rounded so the bunks won't poke holes in tent floors or carpet. The kids really like the organizers that attach to each bunk with Velcro.
Points to consider: They are heavy, but the carrying cases make them manageable for camping at a site, definitely would not want to carry them any distance! They are camp bunks so there is some "hammock" effect when sleeping on them. They are designed for sleeping bags and are not designed for making a bed with a fitted sheet. I get around this when using them in a spare guest room by putting a 2 inch foam mattress on each bunk. When bunked, the top bunk is about "hip height" to an average height person. The space between the bunks is not as high as the picture indicates. It's fine that way for kids. When two adults sleep on the bunks, there's not much space on the lower bunk for rolling over or moving around.

We really love these cots. We've mostly used them inside staying over at my sister's house, but we've taken them camping too. When we as adults use them, we tend to set them up side by side instead of as bunk beds - neither of us is brave enough to sleep in the top bunk. But when the kids use them, it is bunk cots all the way!
It's a bit of a tight squeeze without the extensions, so I'd definitely recommend purchasing them if you have to room and are planning on using them as bunks. I also like to use the extension on the top bunk when used separately on the floor to give an extra height - easier for getting in and out of.
They are kind of heavy, but pack very well into the bags and aren't too bad to transport. Just be sure to put the top bunk in the bag for the top bunk and bottom in the bottom bag. They are different and fit differently.
Very easy to put together. Especially after you've done it a time or two. The kids can do it in under 10 minutes. Easy to break down and pack up too.
The organizers were great when camping! The kids put bottles of water, books, flashlights, and other random "essential" items in them for easy reach.
