Item arrived quickly and was easy to install. Not sure about one thing though - the printer was purchased brand new, yet the printhead did not have any labels - the replacement did. Normally it's good, but it didn't quite match the original one exactly (which was blank and gave me a hard time looking for the right replacement), but then maybe the labels were added by Zebra to clarify and make it OEM?

Got Printhead with very understandable instructions in a few days. It Installed easily and now the printer is working like it was brand new again. Much better experience than packing up the Printer, shipping it out, waiting for repair, sticker shock when they tell you the repair cost, did I mention waiting, then waiting for return ship...I was concerned with the process initially but not anymore!
