I replaced a 15 year old cheapo grease gun with this unit and I honestly didn't know that grease guns could work THIS well. I was able to push grease through zerks that hadn't worked for me in 10 years. (I had been needle injecting the grease). I've only had it for a few weeks so I can't comment on the durability, but it feels like it will last at least as long as my previous grease gun if not longer.

Seems to be good quality. Used thread seal tape when I attached the hose and coupler just to be safe. No leaks showing anywhere during use. The cartridge loaded in the gun and everything went back together. I've only used it a few times but so far it is good.
