WILL NOT STACK WITH STANDARD SHEET PANS

These sheet pans are cheaply bent in the corners and WILL NOT STACK WITH STANDARD SHEET PANS. If you are a professional chef or have other sheet pans please do not buy these unless you want your stacks of sheet pans falling over. The corners are very gradually sloped as opposed to keeping the same angle as the rest of the pan. Also, very light, far lighter than other aluminum sheet pans.

I am Amazed to see how the tray are so good and so fit the standard bun rack and well ship, price is very good for the product!!

Overall I was satisfied. I just don't like being told I was going to receive 18 gauge when I received 20. These pans are clearly marked on the box as well as a sticker on each pan stating 20 gauge. Each pan was inside a sheet of plastic. The corners of the pan could be better formed and the rolled edge is not done the best. BUT, the price was right and I have used them in a 400º oven with no problems. After use, I hand washed and dried the pans, no scratches.
