SALAD CHEF TOOL

HIGH FIVES for this product!!...makes Salads FUN, both in appearance and in making them.
Allows one to be the salad Chef with the "MOSTEST"....serving up salads as fancy as the
salad selections at Halls ChopHouse, in Charleston, SC.!!! Once salad greens, salad dressing
and other salad makings, as celery, carrots, cucumbers, peppers, desired fruits are finely
chopped up you just pile them in the ring forms (with bottom circle ring underneath) and then
press the chopped ingredients down firmly with the red knobbed metal press. Once removing
the red knobbed press, you can "top your creation off" with bacon, cheese, crushed croutons,
decorative tomatoes, fruits, etc. You then transfer the whole set-up to your desired serving/salad
plate , sliding the bottom metal base circle out from under your "creation" !! There is NO need
to grease the food rings as your salad dressing allows the salad greens to slide out of the food
mold ring easily. :)

Very Nice

I have several recipes that require the use of a mold for plating. I have been using a tin can. This is a heck of an improvement. It is well made and very easy to use and clean.

These are perfect small size, I wish they sold sets of 4 of this size.
BUT, go to Ateco on the net, you can find them sold indivisually.
Fun to use.
Impressed the conpany...and they look better than the others I had been using.

Nice Little Ring Mold for Home or Restaurant Plating.

It's a nice little ring mold - very useful for plating dishes at home or in a restaurant. There are several adjustable sizes, which makes it very nice for many uses. Construction appears solid and made to last. If you like precise plating, this is the mold for you.
Excellent quality for value and easy to use

Well-built, substantial, easy to work with. The size is large enough that these can be used for the main dish rather than just the entrée.
I've used them only twice, so far, but will be using them for dinner parties in the future. The stainless is easy to clean--I hand washed them. Coating the insides with a little oil before beginning to assemble the contents seems to help ease removal of the ring before serving and the baseplate, removed before presentation, helps to control leakage onto the plate of wet components, e.g., chopped tomato.
