I received my case right away and love it! I bought it for storing my essential oils and it is perfect.

THAT SAID, I COULDN'T FIND A WAY TO REVIEW THE VENDOR SO: I had to knock off a star for the vendor's absolutely ridiculous customer service. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to register my train case for the warranty to no avail. Shany continually refuses to allow me to register the case, stating that I have not given the SKU. Even though I have given them the SKU multiple times! I love the case. The vendor...not so much.

REVISED 01/02/18: After going back and forth with Skany for over two weeks, I will NEVER buy from this company again. Their customer service is the exact opposite. After emailing them multiple times, when their warranty application form was not working, I was left with nothing but frustration. I explained to them over and over again what the problem was but they refuse to listen. Customer service? Hardly!

I love my case! It is very good quality and well made. It is going to be perfect for my needs. I needed a place for all my top coats, nail treatments, files, etc that was portable - perfect! The latches work well and the inside is very well made. I like that it has four "feet" so it doesn't sit directly on the floor. This was, overall, nicer than I expected and well worth the price. -- Back for an edit now that I have used it some more... I would like there to be some kind of stop to keep the drawer from completely sliding out when pulled. Maybe an easy way to undo it and pull it entirely out, but I often like to just pull it out as far as it will go but still remain connected, and I find I am pulling in entirely out and don't like that. Not enough to change my 5 stars, just thought I'd share in the product review. Very happy with the case now that I've used it for a while.

I am very pleased with this case. It seems sturdy and well-made. I got the black and it looks sleek and classy. The hot pink interior gives it a nice touch. Both of the drawers are deep enough to store lots of nail polish bottle upright. All of my nail supplies fit in here very well, but my stuff filled up both drawers. Ok, I admit that might own too many bottles of polish :). I would like to see this case in a bigger size, especially one big enough to store a full size bottle of acetone upright.

So I would like to tell you a little story that got me to purchase this particular item. Once up on a time-no I'm kidding. I had a guy over at my house. I am 33 years old. No judgement please! He cut his finger while we eating. After he cleaned it up, I opened up ONE (not both) of my makeup drawers (the size of a dresser drawer)- and he practically jumped out of his pants. "Holy S---. I've seen a girl with so much make-up". I felt like I was in a horror movie. NO! Pretty boy, please don't see my obsession for makeup! Oh, but he did. I was mortified. I got the antibacterial cream and a band-aid- and closed the drawer knowing I would probably never see him again. As I stood up, "What-you have two drawers like that?!" More shame. I thought I was being discreet in keeping my private obsession hidden in these drawers (under a futon). To my shock- we continued to see each other for several weeks- and then I discovered his dirty little habit (not obsession)-bye bye dude!

Anyway-it got me thinking- most of my beauty products are nail polish or nail related in some way. I wanted to purchase something that could hold all my polishes and accessories away from my powders, foundations, eyeliners, creams, etc. I scoured the internet- and came across several of these SHANY Color Matters. They all have 4-5 stars and people rave about them!

I'm not so thrilled. First of all- the product picture make it look SOOOOO much bigger than it really is. If I had done my due diligence, I would have read that in the Questions section it is smaller than they say it is. It is actually The bottom drawer is 8" (w) x 5" (d) - not including the edges of the drawer. The top part is the same width, and probably the same depth without the inserts. But the description says 12 x 10.5 x 8.8 inches. BIG DIFFERENCE!

I am also not at all pleased with the quality of this organizer. The drawer does not slide in easily at all. I happen to own a ton of Julep nail polishes- and those do not fit in the slots and it is pain to close the top when I do have the Julep polishes in it. So I've decided only my Essie nail polish will go in the top. But overall-the whole thing just seems flimsy. Like it is made out of cardboard-and one little dent and all the faux leather is going to wear off. I would love to find a better product. This was entirely too expensive for what it is. It should only be around $25, no $20. If I were you, I would keep hunting. If you don't ind the price-I would say it is OK. But I'm not expecting this to last long. Just like the relationship with that guy didn't last! HAHAHA

Love the red color. Normally not a red kinda girl but this vibrant color is really great. Only thing is the buckle for the bottom drawer...the leather piece that is attached into the metal buckle piece broke when I first tried to open the drawer. The drawer was a little stuck in place which was why I pulled it...a little too hard. But I was able to unscrew the metal piece from the leather and readjust it back in place like it never happened...but I was disappointed only for a few minutes till I fixed it up :) overall, good purchase for the price and made me feel kinda handy being able to figure my way around fixing it. I would recommend it to friends but warn them to be gentle when they first open the bottom drawer :)
I bought it as a travel box to be able to store all my gellish nail polishes, supplies and uv light...and it all fits perfectly!
