There is no US plug icluded, but only a car cigarette lighter plug included. Dang, how can use it?

I am using this incubator for a month now. The temperature keeps dropping 1 or 2 degrees Celsius each week. I need to set at 42C to keep 37C inside temperature. Price is good but not worth it in the long term.
