You can adjust the nozzle direction with a pin
Otto•April 22, 2018
I was able to get this to work on my 2001 Pontiac Bonneville, but had to use a dremel tool to widen the opening where it slides on the wiper arm. And it was a too tight fit on the hose so I sanded it down, hopefully it will stay put now. Thanks to the reviewer who mentioned you can adjust the nozzle with a pin. I just used one of those pins that come with dress shirts, and pointed it at the windshield and it sprays just fine. I also partly plugged the one that sprays straight down with duct tape.
Beats replacing the wiper arm as I have done in the past.

These are not good . Spray in one diredtion and not really useable . Also the fitting for the plumbing is considerably larger which makes it difficult to connect.

This only has one nozzle pointing straight across the hood. It's only good to spray the windshield on the car in the next lane. No matter how I mounted it with the limited mounting options, I couldn't get it to put a single drop of fluid on the windshield, even at 60 mph.
