I used to build RTA furniture for a living. This desk, bar none, is the absolute biggest PITA to put together that I have ever come across. Tons of missing pieces,bad directions. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

This desk is amazing, I love it. It has a ton of storage space and is sturdy. The assembly is definitely going to take some time, as it is a huge desk. I had all the parts and everything was in decent condition (some minor marks). The desk comes in 5 boxes, I got the first box at 8 in the morning and the other 4 at 8 pm which caused some concern because after the first box it said my package had been delivered. Overall I'm loving this desk, I added some LED strip lighting to it which made it look awesome. I have already recommended this desk to numerous friends because it's that nice.

I really like the desk , very nice size and looks better then advertised. Paid to have it assembled, money well spent because it took the SLOW.... I mean the PRO assembler 8 hours to put together. There are a lot of parts. Good luck and have fun with assembly. The desk price changed a lot, I caught it for $ 520.00 . I seen in 6's and over $ 700.00.

Wow..where to start...ok let's start with packing, Main box came complete destroyed, stryofoam packaging is extremely flimsy. Pieces were all over the place and had styrofoam everywhere! Many pieces were damaged but no way I could have reboxed it and sent it back. Extremely dissatisfied with packaging!

Assembly, well like everyone else assembly was labor intensive. Takes a long time to assemble. The cam/lock system works ok on some pieces, better on others. They recommend glueing the dolls in place, but I didn't incase I ever want to dissamble and move it. This is in my finished basement and I would never get it out in one piece.

It is beautiful when finished, I hope it lasts for a few years at this price point, comparable units sell for much much more.

The name is confusing "American Furniture" as this is made in China!!!

All the parts were there, had no missing parts. Just wish they would pack this better for protection! Be prepared to spend hours assembling this desk, and another couple hours cleaning up styrofoam!!!

Overall I am satified, this replaced and old computer desk.

I agree with most of the reviewers who indicated that it's a bear to put together, but once it's done it's a very good desk. I will, however, not give this desk 5 stars because 7 of the panels came pretty badly marked up right out of the box. Since this is an all or nothing return, it's sad that I paid so much for a desk only to find out that I have outside-facing panels that are visibly damaged. There was also no evidence of anything being inspected so the boxes don't appear to have been quality checked before being mailed.
