Lot's of Saffron so it tastes like Curry alright but it's more than I'm content with; so, I gave it 4 stars because you can just reduce the amount of sauce mix to tailor it to your tastebuds. If you like real spicy, you'll like this. It's not a bad product, it's just not for me unless I tone it down with double noodles to one packet of curry sauce or a half packet of curry to a container of noodles.

Separate pouch has yummy sauce.
Yet another pouch has veggies, these are dehydrated,
You simply combine all 3 pouch ingredients, stir in 2 tablespoons of water, using the bowl it comes in , microwave only 2 minuets, stir, let sit a minuet, and enjoy.

I was looking for quick lunch options and I LOVE curry. These noodles are half the price on amazon than they are in my local grocery store so I thought I'd give it a try. This curry tastes really good! I like super spicy food so I add some crushed red pepper. I like that it comes in a container with a lid so I can eat half of it and save the other half for later. The directions say to add 2 table spoons of water. I did that and it was a little too liquidy for me so I'm going to experiment with adding less than the recommended amount.
