My favorite of the Backwoods line. easy to mix. I like to add liquid smoke for flavor. I probably make 10lbs of beef or venison jerky per month. Comes out perfect every time. My coworkers (who end up eating more of the jerky than me) tend to like this one best too. I like that the cure is premeasured. Makes the jerky last longer when left out of the fridge.

Bought this seasoning, and others too to try out. It is a good seasoning and have made many jerky sticks with them. Not my favorite seasoning, but not the worst.
