When I received the item it was very well packaged. I took my faucet apart and it was very easy to determine what the problem was once I took everything out. It was a little oring that goes underneath the cartridge. It had a slight crack in the O-ring like maybe too much water pressure in my Park. As much as I like a good shower it's not worth it to have to replace lines or have a major flood or anything like that. I went and bought a water pressure regulator and feel much more comfortable now with a water pressure regulator on my trailer.

Only needed one part but this was the least expensive way to purchase. Delivered timely using amazon Prime. Part solved problem as expected and now I have extra parts in case the hot side wears out.
