Really liked this balloon! I taped a washer to the tail to make it float around the room without a ribbon attached.

Dragon figure and detail are great. Problem was, mine arrived with a cut, almost all the way across the tail. I didn't know until I took it to a shop to fill it with helium. They taped it up for me, but it leaked and balloon was drooping and deflated during event. I did not open the package with scissors, and was very careful. Would've been perfect without the cut.
