Unit didn't work - disappointing

I received a unit that didn't work at all, it didn't even pump up, wasted time, at least the return was easy.
I would get a good manual cutter instead of wasting money on this product

Poorly made. Cutters do not line up! Just get large bolt cutters.

Use it several times and the blades holding up well. Cut both 1/2" & 3/8 rebar
