My best discovery this year! Great tasting chips, better than traditional wheat based chips, and gluten-free, non-GMO, low sugar (1 gm/serving) making these chips very brain friendly. I have some of these everyday with my lunch.

I have tried many alternatives to potato chips and usually find them lackluster at best and downright horrid at worst. I'm not that fond of crackers and don't like sweet potatoes, plantains, or veggie chips. Kale is not even a thought in my lunch planning. Ok, I'm not healthy but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like to be a little better in my lunch choices. I tried these chips because they were in the vending machine where I work and I was hungry. I braced myself for a bland cardboard like texture, but was pleasantly surprised by a crunchy, tasty alternative to potato chips. I like these - they are not thick and chunky like a cracker. They are thin and crispy like a chip and actually taste good. They don't have the salty, oily taste of potato chips, but they do have a satisfying crunchiness and filling flavor. I do like Sun Chips once in a while and I think these are even better. My local grocery store only carries smaller bags of these chips, so it was cheaper to buy bigger bags here on Amazon. I eat these when I want chips with my lunch and have not eaten potato chips since I've started ordering these.
