I bought this thing for non-commercial use. This thing is pretty great.
I live in the desert southwest in an older house with odd-sized rooms that don't cool down evenly in the summer. I got it to move air from one side of the house to the other in an attempt to even out the temperature - it works great for that. It's not stupid loud, either You can't really hear the motor, but all that air being projected through the thin output vent does cause some wind noise. The longer power cord is also pretty nice.
It does tend to flip up my area rugs - but that's what it was designed to do! It'll probably be useful for drying recently mopped up floors quickly. My impression is that if you're going to be shampooing carpets you're probably going to might need one in each room if you live in a humid area or a have a McMansion, but if you live somewhere dry one or two are probably going to do the job for you, depending on the size of house.

Strong and powerful blower with 3 settings, extra long AC cord, and another double outlet pre-installed on the side give lots of possibilities and comfort to activate and use this blower.
... many $300+ and this is vary comparable for a great price. I run it 24/7 to circulate air ...
