Has been a great upgrade to my F350. Installed it in a few hours. One trick that is not mentioned is how to get the fuel line clips to release from the existing tank. Needed to call Titan and get advice, but broke one in the process. Seemed to be a very common problem for first time installers on a Ford. If that was the case Titan should include new clips with the kit they are only $5.00. With a $1250 tank two additional clips would really help out. If you press the small center tab then the clips finally release. But when the tank up and under the truck this is not visible. So not knowing this you could pull on the outer tabs and break the small center retainer. Once I got past that the rest of the installation was just wrestling things into place. Been very happy with the end result. Getting ~800 miles pet tank unloaded now and ~400 miles per tank pulling 14,000 lb trailer.

The direction for the fuel tank leave out a lot but the important things are noted. but in my case I remove a lot more components than I installed back like the shields that were on the side of the tank. and the dealer was able to reset the miles to empty for the 50 gal tank. I would recommend this product if you need more fuel.

Really extended the range of my 6.7 powerstroke.

A few notes:
- If you buy the skid plate, it's plastic and hardly worth the price for the 2.00 of plastic it's made out of.
- This tank hangs down below everything on the bottom of the truck, so your off-roading will be limited
- Take it to the ford dealer afterwards and they can set your DTE for 50 gallon tank in about 10 mins or less, cost me $50 in Cartersville, GA at Pugmire Ford.
- DTE will fluctuate wildly and factory gallons used reading is incorrect. I nearly ran my tank out while the factory gauge said 43.7 gallons used. It took 49.4 to fill it back up.

It's awesome to only fill up half as much, and not have to worry about planning your trip around where you want to stop for fuel. Shame on Ford for sticking us with tiny fuel tanks.

Installed mine this weekend on 2015 F250 CCSB diesel. Installation was very straightforward, there are a couple good videos on youtube for DIYers. Have a friend help. Followed the installation instructions regarding the procedure to seal the sending unit and there are no leaks whatsoever. As some other users mentioned, my vent tube fitting was broken in shipment but Titan does send another one along which was simple to replace before installing the tank to my truck. I vacuumed out the tank before installation as well and followed this up with a damp, then dry microfiber rag to pick up any small debris that was present inside the tank from manufacturing or shipping. Didn't find much! I am looking forward to the greatly increased range for towing.

Easily fit my 2015 F250. Had to cut a notch in my transfer case skid plate but still fit. Highly recommend
