I get the product on Jan 15. When I opened it, it showed that it was best used by Jan 20. Why selling something is going to expire,
Powdered skim milk.

Pleasantly surprised with easy mixing and good taste. Better after refrigeration. Cat likes it too.

Convenient Powdered Milk to Keep in the Pantry
Virginia Allain•July 31, 2015
If you don't want to run out to the store every few days for milk, keep some of this on hand. It's easy to mix up and chill, then drink or use in coffee or recipes. You can even put it in powdered form in recipes to get more calcium.
Ingredients are nonfat dry milk, vitamin A Palmitrate, Vitamin D3.
The first time I made it, I followed the directions and put water in the container then dumped in the powder and shook it up. Turned out a sludge settled in the bottom and didn't get dissolved. The second time, I put the water in a bowl, added the powder and stirred it with a whisk. Then I poured it into my milk jug. No problems with undissolved powder this time.
Tastes like milk, convenient to keep on the shelf, great product to have on hand. The only problem for me, given the amount of milk I use, is this runs out way too soon. I'll be stocking in a larger quantity for future.
