Received a rancid batch, but the company bent over backwards to replace them

I had ordered a batch previously that I enjoyed so much I ordered two and started a subscription to get them regularly. But when I opened the one bag and then the other they were both horrible. I tried to return them, but there is no option to do that thru Amazon. I wrote a terrible review and just to be sure they knew how I felt I wrote the manufacturer, but they got back to me immediately and asked for a shipping address to replace the bad nuts, new batch isn't as great as the first but way better than Costco seems to be able to maintain. Hard to find good macadamia's they are pretty pricey but these fit the bill for quality and price just wish i did not eat them so fast.

Just eat them or freeze them right after opening because these nuts do not hold up well in room temperature containers.

My first bag lost it's delicious flavor when it was about 2 months old in warmer part of the year. Keep it cool. Even the birds would not eat the old ones! My home was about 78 degrees F.
