Good product, but runs a size too big!
Scampernut✓ Verified Purchase•May 14, 2017
I wanted to give this thing a try, because I was tired of buying trousers that were a size too big just to use my IWB holster.
I like the way it was made, has three pouches, but the size chart is off.
I got the XXXL, based on the size chart, and it was too big!
At maximum tightness, the XXXL has a circumference of 53". That is without the fabric stretching!
Therefore, the XXXL should be for those with a minumum waist size of 57".
You want the band to stretch so it will hold in place with the weight of the firearm.

Quick, easy concealment

Highly recommend for quick, easy concealment. We only use this style with guns with a long trigger pull and and/or additional safety feature such as the XD. For a Glock, it would be better not to chamber a round due to the easy trigger pull.
Great Solution to IWB Concealed Carry

I have struggled to find a comfortable and secure IWB holster for my handguns and wasted lots of money purchasing holsters, trying them, and discovering that they were not comfortable, didn't fit well, or didn't hold my weapons securely. I managed to find a good ankle holster for my backup gun, but was looking for a good, sturdy holster for my Springfield XDs .45 ACP that I carry regularly. I looked at several belly bands, but they were either far too pricey or too flimsy looking until I discovered the UnderTech belly band. I've been wearing it for weeks not with no major issues. I find that if I wear it too low, the band tends to fold over around my abdomen, but as long as I keep it about waist height, it stays in place nicely and allows me to choose several gun positions. Most comfortable for me is SOB, but I have also tried appendix and cross draw positions successfully. This band has a slot for a semiautomatic and one for a revolver. I only us the slot for semiautomatic, but if I ever purchase a revolver it's nice to know I'll already have the holster for it. I have four other weapons that I have wanted to carry which are too large or too bulky for the IWB holsters I've purchased for them. Because of the universal design of the pistol pocket on this belly band, I can carry any of my guns with no problem. It's nice to be able to use only one holster now for all five handguns. I recently purchased another UnderTech in a smaller size as the one I wear has stretched enough that I have to overlap the hook & loop portion. I figure the smaller one with stretch just enough to be comfortable and secure.
Awesome, but a few flaws/changes they can do to make it better than it already is.

PLEASE NOTE THESE DO RUN LARGE!
I am a size 41 waist. So I went with 41 - 45 Thinking it would just be a little loose fitting. Boy was I wrong. Having the Velcro as tight as it could go on top of all the access Velcro that wasn't attached down was going to get in my way and stand out. I am thankful amazon is allowing me to return this one and shipped out 1 day shipping for the L size.
I bought this because I had an in pant padded holster that just wasn't suiting me like I wanted. I remembered about the Belly Band and bought it along with a Blackhawk for the same pistol. (great holster for the range or or anywhere.) Because I paid extra for the One Day shipping, I didn't notice in time that these run a little on the bigger size. Actually if you/your spouse has a sowing machine you are easily able to take some of the slack out, as well as add extra mag holders. When I was wearing the XL my S&W Shield fit like a glove. Barrel stuck out at the bottom just a hair but that's fine.
The reason I am giving it a 4 star is because I think they should tell the consumer they run a little large, or adjust their size chart accordingly. Also because I carry around 3 O'clock the mag holder is in the middle of my back. If I get knocked over I could really hurt my spine falling on that metal/plastic of the mag. Also not a fan of the mag holder being INSIDE the bigger pocket. Other brands have it separated.
I will probably ask a grandparent with a sowing machine to add a mag pocket on the side or more in the appendix area which is more readily available if you get knocked down on your back. Not a bad holster. It was comfortable to sit(without mag in the back) or walk around. You hardly notice its there on top of there is hardly if any at all (depending on the type of gun you are carrying) imprints on your clothing.

this holster is one of the best buys for the money of all the holsters I ...

Snug and secure holster. Both my 9mm S&W Shield and my S&W 38 'J' frame can be put in this holster either individually or at the same time along with speed loaders and an extra magazine. In my opinion, this holster is one of the best buys for the money of all the holsters I own. One I am using more now that the summer weather has arrived. I wear it under a tank top or a t-shirt with NO printing for my concealed carry. An outstanding product.
