I have been wanting a dedicated set of just eye brushes and this set fit the bill for me. It comes with every type of brush you could need to do any eye look. There is also a brow brush and a spoolie, which I liked. I currently own the green bamboo Bdellium Tools smokey eye brush set and I LOVE that set. I have been using it for years. The bristles are soft and they have held up like a dream after many washes.

I figured this set would be much of the same. I am a little puzzled so far. The bristles on these brushes are not soft. Period. I am not comparing them to my other set of Bd brushes, but to all other brushes I have used. The bristles are uneven on many of the brushes too. There are at least a few stray bristles that are longer than the others on all the brushes I have used so far. None of my green Bd brushes had that issue. I should also mention that I haven't used the largest 3 brushes in this set to create an actual makeup look yet. I have equivalent brushes so I haven't gotten around to trying them. I have used the smaller brushes for shading, liner, and undereye shadow application. The liner brush is fine. But the other small brushes are so dang scratchy. These brushes were so different from my Bd green bamboo set that I even checked the packaging and logo to see if they were counterfeit. It doesn't appear that they are. I don't know why the yellow line would be so different from the green bamboo set, but the quality is quite different.

Overall, the brushes serve their purpose and the price was decent considering you get 12 brushes and a travel case. I can't find another set that has the same variety of brushes for a similar cost so I will be keeping them. I hope they at least have the longevity of the Bd green bamboo brushes I currently own!

I Have been buying so many brushes lately it's killing me. All the girls, and now moms at my daughters dance studio have been requesting her to do there make up, witch has now turned in to people calling her asking for there makeup done by her. CRAZY she's only 12!! I have purchased MAC, IT Ultra Lux, Sigma, and so on. Well my daughter came to me with some more brush request. I called a friend that is a PRO Makeup artist for TV stars in NYC. Told her all the brands and brushes I have been purchasing for my daughter. She did say every brush I mentioned was a fantastic brush. However she told me that her and all her girls use Bdellium brushes. "They are an awesome brush for the money." So I pulled the trigger and purchased this 24pc brush set. OMG my daughter loves them. She can not believe how well they work. Not to mention they are super soft. Please clean these brushes first. If you go by the feel of the brush B4 you clean them you may think otherwise at first. I use a really good baby shampoo to clean all my daughters brushes. I like the shampoo over ANY brush cleaning product I have used in the past. If you are looking for a really affordable brush set with a brush roll, look no further. The only thing i will mention that she did not like at first was the bright yellow handles. However she has had so many compliments on the look of the brushes and the brush roll. She has now given me a list of individual Bdellium brushes she wants to add on.

I only use these brushes a few time since i received them.I am not and expert on makeup or makeup brushes. But I do own few of the MAC, few Coastal Scents,few Morphe brushes, and couple of e.l.f brushes. And if I had to compare these to one the other brand I own I would say the quality of these is similar to Coastal Scents brushes. I attached the pictures of this kit as what comes inside the kit.

What a great deal! I am so happy about my order. They are soft but not too much. I dont think they will broke easily or shed.
It's been 1 month and a half apporx that i use them and i have no regret i will buy again to have some double of the one i use the most.
The lenght of the handle is perfect not too long not too short.

The only downside is the roll-up pouch. You can't put all the brushes in it because the big ones take too much space and it is impossible to put others brushes on the others space maybe 2 roll out will be necessary if you want to travel with. 1 for the face one and 1 for the eye one.

I have tried to review it the best i can because i am not bilingual and speak french most of the time but i wanted to be understandable to most of user on amazon. Finally buy them you won't regret it and they are often less price than the website.

This is a great way to start - BDELLIUM. They make good quality brushes and they don't break the bank.
