Crystallized Issues

I've really enjoyed this produce but over the past year having great difficulty getting a bottle that hasn't crystallized. I can't tell if it's due to poor storage or exposure to heat or if there's an issue with the manufacturer. It's been a hit or miss situation and really hope that it gets corrected. Amazon always remedy the situation but totally don't understand what's going on with the manufacturer.
An update! I really like this product and decided to reach out and contact them directly, They stated that they did have a bad batch of the product which they've corrected their process but that there were still bottles out there with the crstyallized problems. Very responsive to concerns and hopefully my next order will not have this issue. I was impressed that a phone number was on the bottle and surprised when I call that I got a live human on the first attempt

Although pricey, this nectar is wonderful as a sweet syrup and low glycemic, too. Not always easy to find locally, Amazon makes shopping so easy.

I'm surprised not a single person on here has pinpointed the taste.
The flavor and smell are both similar to a combination of soy and teriyaki sauce. I've done a blindfolded test with visiting friends, having them smell soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, coconut nectar, and tamari sauce. They couldn't believe their eyes when they found out one of the items was a sweetener.
This is not a bad thing necessarily, but don't expect to enjoy this on any conventional item you'd want sweetened. Look toward asian cuisine, stir fry, etc. It goes great on it! Anything else would be absolutely disgusting unless you enjoy the flavor of soy on your cereal, pancakes, and waffles like the label suggests.
