This summer sausage is excellent. To the reviewers who say they feel it is too fatty or like "biting into lard" they obviously haven't eaten a summer sausage before. Summer sausage is never lean, and if the fat content bothers you then you can always cook it and dry the oil that drains off. This monster summer sausage tasted delicious and I would order it again.
