Great For Stretching Exercises

I bought this table to use as a stretching/exercise table because it is very hard for me to get down and back up from the floor. This table holds up well under my weight, even with a great deal of movement during exercise. I only wish it could be lowered a little more so that my feet could rest on the floor when I sit on the edge of it doing certain exercises. But I understand that it's original intention is a massage table and no massage therapist would want to bend over that low while working on a client. This was definitely a worthwhile investment and I can highly recommend it.

It's very sturdy and a great price the table top is very thick and comfortable, it's perfect for someone like me who can no longer do floor exercises.

What an excellent value! Ordered this for PT at home and already it has been a worthwhile purchase. It does slide around a little on hardwood floors, but I plan on putting weights behind the legs.
