This is a beautiful clock. Ours did come with some shipping damage (one bird had snapped off) but it was super easy to glue back in place and is not at all noticeable now. We also had an initial problem with the cuckoo door not closing and the sound going continuously. We contacted the company, and despite being the holidays, they got back to us right away with info on a relatively local person to contact. We did so and the person helped us over the phone on what needed to be adjusted to make it work right. It was easy and it's been working beautiful ever since. I am very happy with having purchased this as a gift for my husband. I think it's the prettiest one out there.

My wife absolutely loves this clock. Actually purchased for her Christmas, but decided to give it to her early (wanted to make sure no problems). I was completely happy with this purchased.

My father gave me a cuckoo clock over fifty years ago. I had it restored at one point but in a move the clock was loss somewhere. He told me that his parents came from the black forest region, I only met them twice as a kid and the clock was my connection to dad's side of the family. This cuckoo clock's carvings are much better, beautifully detailed. Very well done, I haven't seen a flaw in it and I love hearing the cuckoo once more. I'm very happy with the clock. It is well made and worth every penny.
