Give it a shot, it didn't happen over night, but it works.

I have been religiously taking this product for a month now, (3 first thing in the am), and have just started to notice how much more clarity and focus I have. I study everyday and in the past my brain couldn't tie the information I was learning together, it was like tangled yarn in my brain. Now I can honestly say everything came together and has started making sense. It's brilliant. I am writing more fluidly, I am speaking more intellectually and not forgetting as much.
I may add one more to my routine just to see if it makes a noticable difference.

I bought this for my 10 year old, who has ADD and wanted to try this product.
Since he started to take these, he has been more calm, focused and been able to deal with all sorts of issues where he used to express in anger.
His homework has gotten a lot better where he has been able to focus and doesn't get as distracted as he used to.

I'm 41 and have taken a variety of supplements over the years but this is the first brain supplement that I have tried and it is interesting. I started slow and now take 1-2 pills on an empty stomach before bed and 2 pills when I wake up around 4am or 5 am (i rarely sleep through the night). On my drive to work around 7:30am I do indeed seem happy and calm but not tired at all. It essentially makes me feel normal which is great. The affects are not profound but if you seem to deal with frustration due to traffic or your job, then it is worth a try.

I purchased this product during a very stressful time at work, in hopes it would have a more balanced effect than another product I was using called Ex-Stress. And I certainly got what I was hoping for. I liked Ex-Stress when I was ready to just calm down for the day, but it also made me tired and sleepy which didn't allow me to continue work.
HCF, on the other hand, allowed me to be calm and mellow, but still very functional, happy, articulate, and continue working throughout the day. No jitters, no rapid energetic feeling like too much caffeine, just calm happy focus as the product says!
I've taken it for 3 weeks in varying amounts (some days 1-2 pills, some days 3) and it was very noticeable by day 5-6 that I was getting benefits. It's not over the top or life changing, but considering how my days are, just getting 2-3 more hours of work finished translates into huge results. So in a way, it is indeed a huge difference!
I MUCH prefer this feeling over the Ex-Stress and will be ordering another bottle when this runs out.

Moving toward the goal of being happy, calm and focused

I have only been taking this product for about 3 weeks now. I can tell a little bit of my focus level has begin to improve. I am an insomniac but I am seeing more nights during that week where I actually sleep (but having weird dreams, but I will take sleep with weird dreams any day). I am going to give it more time. I can say that I started out taking 3 pill in the morning on an empty stomach, that probably was not the right move. I dialed it back to 2 for less side effects. I did experience the headaches(I also suffer from migraines; but these headaches were bearable) but they only lasted the first two weeks. I am going to continue the product to see if I have any more positive results.
