Packaging minimal, three of four mugs were cracked when box opened . Flimsy box and a thin sheet of bubble wrap. Mugs NOT microwave safe...whole mug gets very hot, especially handle.

Nice heavy mugs! Husband love that he can get 2 fingers through the handle! I can get 3 and appreciate the thick walls that hold the heat in. Just a wee bit bigger (16 oz instead of 15) would be nice.
